  4. Easy fix have CPS go to these kids homes and evaluate the whole family because it's the family's fault that these stupid ignorant f**** people. And have all these people that are causing the fights to be on a lockdown mental institute until they are capable of acting like normal human citizens. And the parents should be taken full responsibility for what their children's did and they should pay for any medical or mental issues that the new child that was abused at the school faces and its future. And I would make sure that they get no government assistance because apparently they're not using it for the proper well-being of their children. cut them off with everything.
